Refunds and Cancelations

Digital products are non-refundable.

Workshops, webinars and clinics. Please read the following carefully:

Partial Refund (50%):
You may request a 50% refund of the paid amount (less taxes and processing fees) if your refund request is submitted at least 14 days before the start date of the workshop/webinar/clinic.
No Refund (Less Than 14 Days Before Event):
If the workshop/webinar/clinic begins in less than 14 days, no refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your spot to another individual. Please notify us via email at heather@instructorhalfhalt.com to arrange the transfer.
Refund Process:
All refund requests must be submitted by email to heather@instructorhalfhalt.com with a subject line “Refund Request”. We will process refunds within 7-10 business days after approval.
